1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Squarebox Flow services, including the Done-For-You managed services and the Squarebox Flow All-In-One Builder & CRM platform (DIY). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

A) DIY Platform — Squarebox Flow All-In-One Builder & CRM

  • Self-service access to CRM, phone system, AI bot, website builder, automations, calendar, and review management
  • Built on GoHighLevel infrastructure
  • Includes SBF template library, AI prompt library, and community support
  • Subscription: $89/month, billed monthly
  • You are responsible for configuring, managing, and maintaining your own systems

B) Done-For-You Managed Services

  • We build, configure, manage, and optimise AI phone systems, websites, follow-up agents, review automation, and ad campaigns for your business
  • Pricing varies by tier (see squareboxflow.com/deal-room)
  • We handle all technical setup, ongoing management, and monthly optimisation
  • Service scope defined by your selected plan

C) AI Video Ads

  • Professional AI-generated video ad creation
  • Priced per video pack (Starter 3 videos $897, Growth 5 videos $1,497, Scale 10 videos $2,497)
  • Includes script writing, avatar generation, A/B variations, and 1 round of revisions
  • Additional revisions: $75/round. Additional videos: $349 each.

3. Payment & Billing

  • DIY Platform: $89/month via Stripe, billed on signup date each month
  • DFY Services: monthly retainer billed on signup date, setup fees (if applicable) billed upfront
  • Video Ads: billed upfront per video pack
  • Failed payments: 3-day grace period, then account suspended
  • All prices in AUD unless otherwise stated

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • DIY Platform: cancel anytime, effective end of current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
  • DFY Services: cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. No refunds for current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding begins.
  • Video Ads: non-refundable once production begins. Unused videos in a pack expire after 6 months.

5. Intellectual Property

A) What You Own

  • Your customer data, contacts, leads, and business information
  • Your brand assets, logos, and ad accounts
  • Content you create on the platform
  • Data can be exported at any time

B) What SBF Owns

  • All proprietary AI systems, voice configurations, and prompt frameworks
  • Automation architectures and workflow designs
  • The Squarebox Flow platform, branding, and software

C) Websites (DFY Clients)

  • Websites built by SBF are owned by SBF and licensed to you while subscribed
  • On cancellation: website goes offline within 14 days
  • Transfer of website files: free after 18 months of continuous subscription, $500 before 18 months
  • If no transfer requested: files deleted 30 days after cancellation

6. Platform Infrastructure

  • The Squarebox Flow platform is built on GoHighLevel infrastructure
  • Service availability is subject to GoHighLevel’s uptime and maintenance schedules
  • SBF is not liable for outages or service interruptions caused by GoHighLevel or other third-party providers
  • Phone services provided via Twilio; subject to Twilio’s acceptable use policies

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for illegal purposes
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Violate telecommunications regulations (including DNC requirements)
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems or proprietary technology
  • Resell platform access without written permission
  • Use the platform to build a competing service

8. AI Services Disclaimer

  • AI receptionist and follow-up agent responses are generated by artificial intelligence
  • We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., number of leads, bookings, or revenue)
  • AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected responses
  • Call recordings and transcripts are provided for quality assurance and may contain errors
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it in your business

9. Liability

  • SBF’s total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim
  • We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for actions taken by AI systems that you deployed using our platform
  • Service provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by Australian Consumer Law

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SBF against claims arising from your use of the services, including violations of telecommunications law, privacy breaches caused by your configuration, or misuse of AI systems.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
