We're hiring commission-only sales reps to help Australian service businesses modernise with AI.
The short version
We pay you $300–$1,000+ upfront per closed deal. Then we keep paying you 10% of that client's monthly fee — every single month they stay. The more clients you close, the bigger your residual income grows. It compounds every month you show up.
After 6 months of consistent effort, your residual income alone can exceed what most salaried sales roles pay — before you pick up the phone again.
This isn't a "sell ads and hope they work" gig. This is selling an AI workforce that replaces the receptionist who never answers and the admin who forgets to follow up. Business owners get it immediately. Your job is to find them, pitch them, and close them.
What you're selling
Squarebox Flow builds AI-powered communication systems for service businesses. Not chatbots. Not marketing fluff. Actual AI workers that answer calls, book appointments, chase leads, send reminders, and handle the repetitive admin that business owners hate doing and can't afford to hire for.
Upfront commissions + monthly residuals
We offer three service tiers — each solving a progressively bigger problem for the client. You earn $300–$1,000+ upfront per closed deal plus 10% of the client's monthly fee as an ongoing residual — for the life of the client.
The 10% residual is what makes this role different. Every client you close adds to your monthly baseline. After 6–12 months of consistent effort, your residual income compounds into something most commission-only roles can't touch.
No cap on earnings. No sunset clause on residuals while you're with us. You close the deal, you own the relationship.
Who you're selling to
Established service business owners who are successful but overwhelmed. They're losing leads because nobody answers the phone after hours. They're wasting money on marketing because their follow-up is slow. They know they need to modernise but don't know where to start.
We focus on service-based industries across Australia — trades, professional services, health, and more. These are businesses doing well but leaving money on the table because their communication and follow-up systems haven't kept up. You'll have curated lead lists ready to go from day one.
What your day looks like
- Cold calling business owners from curated lead lists (ready to go on day one)
- Following up via phone, email, and SMS with warm prospects
- Qualifying prospects against our ideal customer profile
- Closing deals — you own the full sales cycle from first call to signed client
- Tracking activity in our CRM so we can see what's working and help you improve
You set your own hours. You work from wherever you want. We don't micromanage. But the reps who do well here are the ones who treat this like a real business, not a side hustle.

Exact commission figures and earnings projections are shared during the interview process. The model is built on compounding residuals — the longer you stay and the more you close, the more your baseline income grows without extra effort.
What we need from you
Must have
- B2B phone sales experience. You've cold-called business owners before and you didn't hate it. Ideally you were good at it.
- Resilience. You'll hear "no" more than "yes." That's the job. The reps who win are the ones who dial anyway.
- Self-motivation. No one's going to stand over you. You need to be the person who creates their own structure.
- Clear communication. You're talking to busy tradies, brokers, and practice owners. Be direct, be human, don't be salesy.
- ABN (or willingness to get one — takes 10 minutes online).
- Your own phone and computer. This is a remote contractor role.
Nice to have
- Experience selling SaaS, digital services, or marketing solutions
- Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.)
- Understanding of AI tools and automation (even surface-level)
